Returns and refunds

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (listed in the product description). Additional revisions beyond that are $15–25 each, depending on complexity.
Because each piece is custom-made, I’m not able to offer refunds once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I’ve started your concept, you’ll receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.
